Egg Donor Requirements

At Aspire HFI, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and respectful egg donation experience for all involved. We follow strict medical and ethical guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of both our donors and intended parents. Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review the eligibility criteria:

  • Between 21 and 31 years old (you can donate up to age 34)
  • Body mass index (BMI) under 30
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED; college preferred
  • No nicotine or drug use
  • Have regular menstrual cycles

  • Infectious Disease Testing: We screen for HIV, hepatitis, and other STIs, following FDA guidelines.

  • Physical Consultation: A full examination by one of our fertility specialists to ensure your physical readiness.
  • Mental Health Evaluation: A licensed professional will guide you through the emotional side of donation, ensuring you're fully informed and prepared.
