When you contact Aspire HFI, we'll schedule your first fertility appointment, either in person or via telemedicine. During this appointment, your reproductive specialist will review your medical history, answer any questions you have, and ensure they have a thorough understanding of your family-building goals. They may recommend additional diagnostic testing to better understand you or your partner's fertility. We use this information and diagnostic test results to provide you with a clear, customized treatment plan so you feel informed and confident about the next steps.

We proudly serve LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, and we're dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all our patients. Our services include IUI, IVF (including reciprocal IVF), egg and sperm donation, and gestational surrogacy, all tailored to meet the specific needs of LGBTQ+ aspiring parents.

Aspire HFI offers both male and female fertility evaluations, including bloodwork, ultrasounds, sperm analysis, and more. We also offer genetic testing before pregnancy, as well as preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) and preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic disorders (PGT-M), which test embryos for whether they carry the correct number of chromosomes (DNA) and genetic diseases, respectively.

Yes, Aspire HFI provides support for egg freezing and donor egg programs as part of our comprehensive treatment options. In addition to our local egg donor program, Aspire HFI has partnered with MyEggBank® to connect egg donors and intended parents from across the country.
