Founded by TJ and Margaret Farnsworth as a personal mission to improve patients’ family building experiences, Aspire HFI is now the largest fertility care group in Houston, delivering evidence-backed, patient-first care. We recognize the important role relationships play in overcoming infertility, and we seek to build trust and show compassion to all our patients, regardless of who they love or where they are in their fertility journey.

Philanthropy & Community Events

Aspire Houston Fertility Institute is dedicated to advocacy, community engagement, and philanthropy. We actively support RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association through events like the Texas Walk of Hope, the “A Family of My Own” conference, and annual Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C., where we champion the Family Act to expand access to fertility care. Our outreach also includes support for The Health Museum, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the “I Go Pink” Golf Classic, and The Woodlands Mothers of Multiples. Through these efforts, we promote reproductive health, education, and support for families across the Houston area.
