Becoming an Egg Donor with Aspire HFI: How to Get Started

To become an egg donor with Aspire HFI, the first step is to review the minimum qualifications to donate. to ensure you are eligible. These include being between 21 and 31 years old, having a BMI under 30, at minimum a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), non-smoking or vaping, eligible to work in the United States, and having regular menstrual cycles.

If you meet the minimum requirements, the next step is to fill out a quick and easy online initial application. The initial application confirms you meet the minimum requirements outlined above. If approved, you will be asked to complete a more detailed questionnaire including information about your personal and family medical history, hobbies and interests, and education and career goals. You will also be asked to upload photos of yourself throughout various stages of your life, including childhood and adult photos. Upon completion of the online questionnaire and initial phone interview, eligible applicants will be scheduled to start the screening process which includes a vaginal ultrasound & bloodwork to evaluate ovarian reserve (or “egg count”), genetic testing, infectious disease testing, physical examination, and psychological evaluation and testing. Once you have passed all screenings, you will be accepted as an egg donor and scheduled for a stimulation cycle and egg retrieval.
